This Yoga for Pregnancy course provides an integral approach to the safe and practical application of yoga asanas, pranayama, mantras & meditation during pregnancy.  You will learn to teach holistic yoga classes especially designed for all prenatal and post-natal stages of pregnancy.  

 

 

Who may attend this prenatal yoga course?

This course is intended for yoga teachers who already have a 200hr certification, midwives, and other health care providers working with pregnant women.
